back to the childhood years...

well didnt really manage to get my hands on the com for the past 2 days, so this entry is 2 days late...

on monday, me stuart tian went to the ZOO!!!!! (jerome backed out in the morn cuz he had some family stuff)

can u believe it?! three 16 year old guys going to the zoo together?? haha..

well so i met tian at cck and took bus there. as usual, stuart was late so me and tian ate at the kfc first.

at this point i have to make it clear that stuart is really blind, simply because he could not see the big and prominent sign that says 'Singapore Zoological Gardens' when he alighted at the bus-stop. i have no idea how he missed it because i tell u, that sign is totally un-missable la pls..

ok so on we go to the zoo, usual stuff, see animals blablabla..

personally i didnt find it fun as i would have many years ago when i went there as a child, and even the ever-so-fun animal world for the kids is now like some ghost town la..a lot of the animals gone, while the rest that remained looked old and lonely..

and there were signs telling people 'no feeding'.. but when we went to the donkey enclosure that is tucked away in one corner of the animal world, we started feeling this old donkey with leaves, and that was probably the funnest thing we did there..

so we got out of the zoo, and at first tian wanted to abandon us for dinner and head straight home instead.. but me and stuart managed to get him to dinner with us..

went to lot 1, played some pool, then we ate dinner at ajisen..

and home we all went.

at the end of the whole day, i went home with an empty wallet, 39 bucks poorer...
