today was quite ok i guess..woke up at bout 11 plus..dammit man england lost..waste my time watch the match..beckham shud jus kill himself before someone actually shoots him..bleah..then had branch..laze ard for a while and went to training..

training for the sevens coming up..it's damn hard sia..damn tiring man..especially when playing as sweeper..must run around all over the place..and the freaking prob is tat my cornering is koked up man..damn worried for sunday sia..if i playing as scrumhalf that is..feel so de-moralised man..have no confidence bout my defence now..betta sort out my cornering..guess attacking-wise i wasnt too bad..yep then after that had dinner with thomas..real nice guy la he..haha..he and kenny have some issues to settle..LoL..:p and guess wad..thomas said that kenny is the only one in the team uglier than yiming..LoL..yea that's all for today..quite fun la..

ps: zhe han can u jus shut ur trap for once.. if i wanted to get u out of the team i would have long ago.. and i'm not trying to suck up to thomas dammit.. and for goodness sake.. i'm not one who toks bad behind pple's backs and backstab them.. =((
